RCA or AV

RCA or AV (audio video) connector is sometimes also called cinch connector. The standard for this connector was established in 1940 as a means of transfering audio (white and red color) and video (yellow color) signal. Nowadays you might need an AV to HDMI adapter to use older devices (VCRs, old TV sets, ...).
