Shipping policy

For delivery of products we use different methods, all the delivery times are estimates for delivery to a Slovenian address:

Shipping from Slovenia 1-3 days - Pošta Slovenije

Products which are on stock in Slovenia at our address (Pod Plevno 27, 4220 Škofja Loka) can be picked up in person or we ship them using national postal service "Pošta Slovenije". The delivery times are typically next working day, however Pošta Slovenije reserves the right to deliver the shipment in up to three days to an address in Slovenia. This service is used also to ship internationaly to other countries: other EU countries, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania and others. The delivery times for international shipping are longer, depending on local post service.

Shipping from China - least expensive - 30-50 days

This shipping method is used for products of value less than 10€. They are sent using a standard post service without the international tracking number. The product are delivered directly to your address usually in 30 to 50 days. If the product is not delivered in two months, contact us and we'll refund you the payment. With this products you can always pay additional 3-4€ to use the shipping with tracking number.

Shipping from China - with tracking - 20-33 days

Shipment in this case will be sent with an internationa tracking number. This shipping method is used for products of 10-15€ value, the delivery usually is faster than in case where there is no tracking number. In normal circumstances the delivery takes between 20 to 33 days.

Shipping from China - faster with tracking - 16-25 days

Shipment with your product also in this case is sent with an international tracking number. This shipping method is used for products of value above 15€. Delivery times are usually 16 to 25 days. This shipping method can be applied also to less expensive (price below 10€) products with additional payment 3-4€.

Shipping from China - express (DHL, FedEx,...) - 9-19 days

Shipments from China can besent also via express delivery providers as DHL, FedEx, UPS. In this case contact us and we'll let you know how much it will take to use this shipping method. Then just add the product "DHL shipping - extra cost" and select the amount which corresponds to the extra cost - if the extra cost is 50€, choose 50 pcs and add it to the basket before the finalization of the order. With some more expensive products (e.g. above 200€) this shipping method is included in the price.

Shipping from EU warehouse - 3-7 days

Shipping from EU warehous is usually via express delivery services like DHL, DPD, GLS. These products are already in EU so you don't need to pay value added tax VAT. Delivery is quick 3-7 days. With some products this is the only available delivery method and it is included in the price of the product.
